Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returns For Physical Products

Change your mind about your purchase? Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping costs.

Refunds For Physical Products

Once you have shipped your return item to us, inform us via email so we keep track of the return. Once we can confirm that it has been received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to a week for the refund to appear. 

Exchanges and Defective Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@arts-fountain.com.

Shipping of Exchange or Replacement Products

By default, all items sold at arts-fountain.com does not come with warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page itself.
